Acne treatment for black people and acne products with no alcohol

Phototherapy using a combination of red and blue light has been proven to be very effective in acne treatment, possibly because of its combined anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action. Also, this acne treatment has shown no significant adverse effects.
At the onset of puberty, the high levels of androgens; testosterone (dehydrotestosterone), androstenedione and progesterone stimulate an increase in the turn over of the cells lining the surface of the skin which blocks the passage for sebum from the sebaceous glands, leading accumulation, some chronic inflammation and subsequent infection with a bacteria named after the disorder, Propionibacterium acnes, a normal colony of the skin.
I researched the Marvel Mini Blue extensively before I bought one. There are many positive user testimonials online. The positive reviews and the FDA approval for blue light to treat acne are what swayed me the most. I am not a fan of chemical acne treatments. Light therapy is starting to really take off as doctors and patients are discovering more and more ways of using light to improve the look and feel of your skin.
